Dr. Jack Bulat
Dr. Jack Bulat is a triple Ivy League-trained vein doctor. He is deeply passionate about not only treating his patients comprehensively, but also teaching them about their conditions so that they are well-equipped to be their own best advocates when it comes to their health.
Dr. Bulat is double board-certified in anesthesiology and pain medicine, and board-eligible in vein medicine. He completed medical school at the University of Pennsylvania, residency in anesthesiology at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center, and fellowship in pain medicine at Brigham and Women’s Hospital/Harvard Medical School.
Prior to starting his medical training, Dr. Bulat also obtained a Master’s degree in molecular and cell biology from the University of California, Berkeley. His time at Berkeley was crucial for guiding Dr. Bulat’s long-standing love of science towards medicine and patient care.

Dr. Bulat was the recipient of the prestigious Twenty-First Century Merit Scholarship for medical school from the University of Pennsylvania, and was inducted into the Chairman’s Honor Roll during residency training at Weill Cornell.
During fellowship training at Harvard Medical School, Dr. Bulat was selected to participate in a competitive course on value-based healthcare delivery at Harvard Business School. Outside of clinical medicine, Dr. Bulat is actively involved in mentorship – both as a mentor to medical students with the American Society of Anesthesiologists, and as a mentee with the North American Neuromodulation Society. He also has broad and extensive research experience, having authored over 35 publications and presentations, and been selected as an Amgen Scholar.
