Dr. James Chalk, MD
James E. Chalk, MD, is a board-certified surgeon with advanced training in vascular surgery. He completed his medical degree at New York Medical College in 2003 after beginning his medical education at Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara in Mexico. Dr. Chalk went on to complete his General Surgery Residency at Michigan State University and a specialized Vascular Surgery Fellowship at the University of Tennessee Graduate School of Medicine. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the Society for Vascular Surgery.
